By accessing or using CandidateMatch at candidatematch.riegergroup.com ("Service"), operated by The Rieger Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

CandidateMatch is an AI-powered tool that analyzes job descriptions and candidate materials (resumes, cover letters) to generate match evaluation reports. The Service provides decision support for hiring processes.

Your Responsibilities

When using CandidateMatch, you agree to:

• arrow_right Review all AI-generated outputs for accuracy and potential bias before use

• arrow_right Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information
• arrow_right Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service

Account Terms

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of job descriptions, resumes, and other materials you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by The Rieger Group and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Reports: Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may share them within your organization for hiring purposes.

Beta Service

CandidateMatch is currently offered as a beta service at no charge. During the beta period, features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to introduce pricing or modify features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• warning AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete
• warning The Service will meet your specific requirements
• warning The Service will be available without interruption
• warning Results will be free from errors or bias

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIEGER GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rieger Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including employment discrimination claims resulting from your hiring decisions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
